In ‘The Restaurant' a celebrity gets the chance to become head chef in a real restaurant, with real staff and diners. In this Lifestyle Cooking Show, the chef devises their menu and selects their own wine list. A table of three critics comment on what the chef produces and gives them a star rating.
Each location provided its only design challenges, whilst requiring to be lit for television, none of the lights could be in shoot. Each of the locations were working restaurants and lighting had to be installed and removed for each shoot day.
